I am writing to you because it appears you have submitted two wallpapers that you have found and didn't create yourself. As a member of 41weeks+ it would have been expected that you were acquainted with the Minitokyo Policy

Taking wallpapers that were not your creation and posting them up (with or without modification, with or without permission) is called ripping and is forbidden on Minitokyo.
Unfortunately I have to give you your first warning, but please don't be too discouraged by this as reading the Policy and knowing the rules will make all warnings meaningless ^_^
